Welcome to Playland.ai. By accessing or using our AI companion service and related features (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

B. Account Creation: Provide accurate and current information when creating your account. Keep your login credentials secure.
C. Acceptable Use: Use our Services responsibly and lawfully. Do not misuse the Services in any way that could impair their functionality or availability.
3. Intellectual Property
A. Ownership: All rights, title, and interest in the Services, including all related intellectual property rights, are owned by Playland.ai.
B. User Content: You retain ownership of your data, but grant us a license to use it for providing and improving the Services.

A. Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Playland.ai regarding the use of the Services.
B. No Waiver: Failure by Playland.ai to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
C. Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

11. Subscription Services
- Subscription Options: Playland.ai offers three subscription durations for our Pro version: weekly, monthly, and annual. Subscribers to the Pro version enjoy unlimited interactions with AI companions, an ad-free experience, no NSFW content restrictions, and additional benefits that are provided with app updates.
- Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. The renewal charge will be deducted from your account at the beginning of each subscription period.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time by turning off auto-renewal in your account settings. Please note that upon cancellation, you will lose access to Pro version features until the end of your subscription period.
- Refund Policy: All subscription fees are non-refundable once paid, except as required by applicable law. We do not offer refunds or credits for partial subscription periods.
- Changes and Price Adjustments: We reserve the right to adjust subscription prices and services at any time. Any changes to prices or services will be communicated to you via the app or email prior to implementation.
- Acceptance of Subscription Terms: By subscribing to the Pro version of Playland.ai, you agree to these Subscription Services terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not subscribe to the service.
